Fluffy extremely squishy stuffed animal toy 80s

It's driving me crazy!! I vaguely remember a wwhite very squishy stuffed animal toy from the 80s. It was a very weird material. No hair and not like a stuffed animal it was fabric that was cold and inside was airy down stuffing. I remember nothing else other then the squishiness and it had a face but not a head. Haha HELP

Could it have been a puffalump ? they were sort of Shell Suit material

They were really soft and squidgy too! My sister had a few of them. I didn't like the feel of them!

They were really soft and squidgy too! My sister had a few of them. I didn't like the feel of them!

It is the face but no head bit that is confusing me. Weren't Puffalumps always some sort of animal, with a head?

This one has been niggling me all day as there's a similar toy that are very basic in the shape department, finally found them.
