It took me years to realise these were driven backwards, it's something I never even noticed during the 1990s repeats.

On the Capt Scarlet DVD features Gerry Anderson mentions in retrospect it was an idea too far. Supposedly it's safer to travel in reverse, but not good if you have problems with being travel sick though!

Here's mine....as you can see they both have missing parts which are easily bought off Ebay, But i'll cheat and make them myself....I do have the side skis for the Interceptor but will have to make the missile....The Eagle needs an Engine building and the Carry pod making for it.....I sold the Internal workings ( Missile firing mechanism ) to someone on Ebay as it worked great and I just want to display them on a shelf.

There was also an Airfix model of the Eagle transporter. Did anybody buy this?

I remember my friends had green paint & the pod was white, both without much detailing.

There was a button on top to release the pod.

The one at top left, was the one I had. The one next to it, the drum caused a panic. Thanks for these pics. By the way, I also had the SHADO 2 vehicle. A friend of mine had several ufo space craft. Don't know what he done with them, I lost contact with him years ago.
