Does anyone actually know what you did with it?

I remember Silly String being popular late 1980s - early 1990s, I guess this was similar.

You know something I only just noticed it says soap on those tins, and now I seem to remember 'foam soap makes bath time fun' and something about the easy way to get the kids to wash themselves ???

More than likely. It must have had some reason to be sold. but I think the Fun way to get kids clean was an old Matey ad

Me and my brother used to get loads of the stuff because my uncle worked at Blackpool Circus, they used it for Charlie Caroli's custard pies.
