Great comedy drama was The Grimleys - Brian Conley was great as PE teacher Doug Digby. Quite ironic that Michael Cronin made a cameo as Geoff "Bullet" Baxter because Conley reminded me so much of him!

Agreed George I can not imagine it either - but fair play to Les for that short period of time he bagged himself an amazingly stunning Women in the Form of Amanda

She still looks amazing even now and can really really easily pass for someone 25/30 years younger, just a shame she cheated on him and used him as he has always seemed a genuine Guy to me and I have loved him in everything he has taken part in - from Game Shows to Corrie and his Birds Of A Feather cameo back in the 2020 Xmas Special too

I always think of any female Blind Date contestant (the Cilla-era, at least) as being stereotypes of each other. She was yet another one of those.

Belive it or not she used to be an actress... but she sold out to Simon and his mega money ...
she also appeared on the ant and flippin eck show way back
when it was filmed up in Newcastle
