Wow...embarrased to say you like the goonies?? id be embarrased more to say id never seen it...its a classic...revel in the celebration of its nostalgic best ever kids action adventure movie of all time...
not sure of any films id say im embarrased by to be honest, for some reason people make a face when i mention i like things like the sound of music or Oliver!
The Sound of Music.I never watched it properly when i was young,as all the boys said it was a girls film and full of girly songs.Now though,i watch it and enjoy it.
What's there to be embarrassed about? Like music, it's all about personal taste.
I'm 43 and recently bought a load of Spiderman (orig 60s cartoon) dvds. I happily sat for hours watching them with my 2 yr old daughter. Much better than anything thats on tv at present.
I love the 1947 film, A Matter of Life and Death but its not something i readily admit liking down the pub
An amazing film that with one of my favourite english actors, the late great David Niven.
I wouldnt deny watching Goodbye Mr Chips, but i would certainly never mention i always get something in my eye (allegedly ) when i see it, particularly to any of my male friends.
Too many to mention, but here are a few;
Labyrinth - David Bowie's pants so tight you could tell what religion he is!
Return to Oz
The Worst Witch
Willow
Cocoon
