All I can remember of this series is that it was broadcast on kids daytime tv in the school summer holidays around 1970. It was a mystery or adventure with much of the plot and action set in dark caverns, and its title theme was a sort of aboriginal chant which I can still remember as very unsettling and creepy. Does this stir any memories for anyone? Thanks.

No, this was definitely 1970 give or take a couple of years, around the time of Belle & Sebastien and The White Horses, I think. Of course my memory could be playing tricks and only part of it featured caves, but I have never forgotten the monotonous chanting over the opening and closing credits.

Sorry, that's not it. It could have been an dubbed import like numerous others at that time, but here I'm just speculating. Once looked back through old TVTimes in library to try to find, but no luck, don't even know if it was BBC or ITV.

It sounds possible, and for some reason the guy on the motorcycle strikes a memory chord, but no one on the link mentions the music, which would clinch it. If I remember rightly, the closing credits featured flames along the bottom half of the screen against a black background on which the titles came up, but I may be confusing this with something else I saw 40-odd years ago :-). Am grateful for your help in solving this.
