Does anyone remember this 1980s cartoon about a cat & a dog?

Claudia was a posh voiced cat, & Tea Time was a dog who sounded a bit like Zippy from Rainbow IIRC.

I can't seem to find much about it online.

All info( which isn't much) I can find spell it Teetime and Claudia.

Thanks for those links, I had already looked at TV Cream.

One interesting thing about the series was that while the main 2 characters could talk, all the humans in it only seemed to make funny noises while speaking.

hi i also remember that but everyone i ask about it they dont, and i also cant seem to find anything online

I vaguely remember it as being on when I was doing my mock CSE's in about 1985, we used to get sent home early if we'd finished the exam or when the teachers were on strike.
I remember the cat was scottish, and the dog sounded quite posh.
They used to get into all sorts of scrapes , that's all I remember....
