Help with a 1990s kids comedy - set in like a Cafe

It was on the BBC about 1998 - can anyone help please!?

It was sort of similar to Round The Twist and I think it was on just before Byker Grove!

Upon looking at it I thought it might have been the one Sixyten - though it is'nt it. i really thought I had seen another thread on here - though i must be wrong. Thanks

This is a bit of a tricky one.

Newsround was on before Byker Grove so it must have been the programme before it. I had a look on BBC Genome. There was Agent Z and the Penguin from Mars but I don't think this was it. Also Microsoap.

Both programmes were produced by Mark Haddon best known for The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.
