a scary puppet or creature, deformed, small like a child, lived in a school cellar or cupboard, kids would visit it for advice — aired around teatime in the mid-80s...you might be thinking of Mr. Noseybonk from Jigsaw (BBC, early 1980s). Was on at Tea time in the mid 80's. All I can recall is that there was this scary puppet in a cellar in the school that was deformed. It was small, like a child, but wasn't a child. It lived in a cupboard and the kids would consult him for some reason. Sounds like a nightmare, right? Uk kid's TV eh?
