Yes, I remember him! The animation was slightly strange. His movements were all very small and he always had a smug expression on his face.

What did I ever do to you, Teejay?
The moment I saw the monochrome feline I thought he looked familiar. Then I watched the intro...
What were they thinking! I have spent years thinking how great TV was when I were t' lad, and now this!
I'll be curled up in the fetal position tonight, clutching my dvds of Ulysses 31 and Doctor Snuggles...

My favourite cat-type-bloke was Mooncat from Get Up And Go."...And that's what I've done. Maintained it for 20 years. This old brooms had 17 new heads and 14 new handles in its time."

More a nostalgia thing than anything else, but it is fun. Also, amongst the writers that worked on the series was a certain Douglas Adams (actually watched one of his and John Lloyd's contributions last night). It is available on DVD, apparently I just read it was a box set, but I've picked up three vols separately from a Poundstretcher.
And as for disrespecting Ulysses 31, Teej, I am shocked...
