Hi I hope some folks can help me.
For a while Ive been trying to remember the name of a program and charicter who appeared in it.
From recollection I think he wore a black tux and had a full white facemask with a long blunt nose, he walked kind of hunched over.
I think it may have been in black and white but im not sure.
Its a bit obscure I know but im eager to find out, it used it terrify me as a 3 or 4 year old, it may be my earliest memory....or I may have dreamed it lol.
