Hello everyone, this is my first post. 
I had a flashback last night of a show that I think was on channel 4 in the early 90's
It was a detective (I am sure it was Dick Tracy, or something like that). I am sure it was stop start animation. The detective was metal, or grey, big mac and I think one wheel for a leg. I also remember something about a big top circus. I don't think it had a very long run at all. I think it was more based for teens/adults then younger kids.
My friend now think I am mad because none of them remember. Can anyone remember on here what it was called? I know there was a cartoon of Dick Tracy, it defiantly wasn't that.
