Did they show Danger Mouse in New Zealand then or did you grow up here in the UK for a bit? My Dad hated it-I loved it-he used to rant and mock the line 'Danger Mouse-POWER HOUSE'-Dad would ask: 'HOW CAN HE BE A POWER HOUSE?! WHAT IS A 'POWER' HOUSE!?!' And then promptly swear in Singalese...lol.

Good question SF, Im not sure if Dangermouse was on TV here, although I would assume it must have been. I had and still have a story cassette and book

We got quite a few shows here in NZ that the UK had like Rainbow, scoobydoo, flintstones etc

I don't remember too many programmes from New Zealand, ones that come to mind are The Steel Riders, Cuckoo Land & Shortland Street.

Shortland Street started in 1992 No it didn't finish, its still going strong and has good ratings over here so its safe to say it will be around for years to come
