looking for a specific story in a Girl's UK annual

Could be Bunty or Judy or something like that. This was back in the late seventies early eighties. The story was creepy. It was about a girl who loses her kite. She follows it and finds herself in a world made from paper. A horrible paper man chases her off at the end. Ring any bells? Love to know more about it. Thanks.

Haven't a clue, My twin sis used to get Bunty etc but I doubt she'll remember LOL it is intriguing tho
