  • Cheeses you don't see anymore.

    Lymeswold
    Dovedale Blue
    Australian Cheddar
    Anchor Slow Matured
All favourites at one point. Can anyone think of any more?

I used to love Lymeswold and remember feeling a real sense of loss when it was discontinued.

IIRC Lymeswold was almost too popular, & factory struggled to keep up with the demand while a bigger plant was built. By the time it came on like the demand had slumped due to falling quality as the original factory had cut too many corners trying to speed up to production.

Crackerbarrel is still available in the USA.

I haven't seen Cracker Barrel on sale for years. Seriously Strong used to taste fantastic when it came out in the late 90s'. Now it's the same taste as any other mature cheddar and always wet when you open the packet.

Crackerbarrel! In a kind of long rectangle shape. Yes, my dad used to have that. Made my mouth tingle though, too strong for me.

I haven't seen Red Windsor in ages.
