Oh loved Sports biscuits - did they not come in a plain yellow wrapper at some point? United's were yummy too - also remember the foil wrapper, but did united's not come in a plain non-foiled wrapper too, possibly earlier version? Or have I just dreamed that lol?

im certain both biiscuits come in more than one coloured wapper.

I loved United - I can still remember the way I ate them - nibble choc around the edge, eat the thicker choc top and then the biscuit

they are also a subsidury of the campbell soup company which are american.

Is that the McVities that come in the box?You can still buy Tunnocks caramel wafers,I live no far from the factory.I think you can go to it and buy broken biscuits.

Thanks, I think you are right. Though Jacob's appear to have stopped making the oblong ones.(If I am wrong on this please let me know). Does anyone know if the oblong ones can still be purchased in Ireland for example? Thanks again.

Hello, does anyone remember a biscuit, that may have been made by Jacob's, and consisted of a layer of lemon cream, sandwiched by two oblong pieces of cracker, the crackers had been glazed in lemon too????? Thanks.

I've got all of OAH on DVD, & have spotted the Rowntree Montego ad mentioned above.

I used to like United Bars, but they seem to vanish sometime in the mid 1990s.
