A good actor. He appeared in both the 70's serial Survivors and the remake in 2008.

He was also Bartemius Crouch Sr in the Harry Potter films. I think he was classically trained and I'm sure I've seen pics of him at the RSC in Stratford upon Avon.

This has upset me a great deal & really is a sad loss.
Roger was a great actor, a ridiculously funny man & just an all around awesome guy.
He was never afraid to stand up for what he believed in & had some of the greatest comic timing I have ever seen.
Rest in peace Roger - Thanks for the laughs.

This is very sad news about Roger passing away.

I never knew that Roger was in the Vicar Of Dibley - though I often thought I knew the actor who played Owen. Roger without doubt was a truly truly talented actor.
