  • Hello from an oldish newbie!

    Well, hi everyone!
I do enjoy the occasional stroll down memory lane and I just could not resist joining this forum.
I'm hurtling towards sixty and if I had to choose a favourite decade pertinent to this forum it would have to be the 70's!
I'm looking forward to browsing and indeed posting some fun stuff ( I hope ) too.

    All the best!
    W1 Rover

              Oldish?

Nah! We're of a similar age and I'm not ready to join the carpet slippers and cocoa set quite yet!

As for the 70's, well it certainly had the best music!

              Welcome to the forum.

Yeah, all my best memories were born of the 70s and as Cartimand says deffo the best music, which other decade gave us prog, punk, glam and disco in such abundance?
