I love the triple bill of Monday night intellectual quiz shows on BBC 2 - Mastermind, Only Connect and University Challenge. Just shows you that there can be good TV on in 2020.
I've gone back to watching Corrie, but it's getting a bit dire again... a couple of stories I just mute and distract myself until I notice characters back on screen I care anything about.
It's the 10,000th episode this Friday (couldn't care less), although isn't it actually the 9,999th or 10,001st one in reality due to a mistake in numbering way back in 1970 when it reached its 1,000th episode?
Did anyone see the episode of Endeavor (young Inspector Morse) with a tribute to the old Gerry Anderson puppet productions involved in the story? I've missed it so far, but hoping they repeat it here. There are people making a fictional 'Moon Rangers' show within the show and it looks like it
would be a lot of fun! There were even some oldsters around from the old shows that
were up for being involved with this. There's a behind the scenes vid about it on
youtube here: https://youtu.be/ZvJXzJ5z6Ms

Didn't care for the new season of Doctor Who at first but the last few have been better if still overly daft in spots (like The Romans and The Gunfighters way back in Hartnell times weren't). Plus it's available on demand so if I feel like something and there's nothing on I can see an episode I've skipped (can't find Endeavor on demand unfortunately).

I have been watching the Snooker on Eurosport - it's great that there seems to be a different tournament on there every week! Those poor players must be so tired keeping up with all of them!
