Chesney Haaks - (I Am) The One and Only
This was an amazing hit for the Ches-ter in 1991 I recall, which belonged to a time when Artists/Singers had a one-off that was'nt strictly "one-offs" I have always felt!

Jane Child - I Don't Want To Fall In Love 1990.
There were quite a few Americans around this time who seemed to have just one big hit over here, & sometimes at home too.
My Dad bought a copy 2nd hand late in the 1990s when it would have been very cheap. The Trickster On The Roof

Until I got a Guinness Book of Hit Singles in the early 1990s, I originally thought that Ernie was Hill's only hit - it was only when they referred to it as his "final" hit that I found out he had a couple of them in the 1960s - Transistor Radio was one of them.
Seems strange to have stars such as Tommy Cooper and even Eamonn Andrews mentioned in the book.
