did anyone get that crappy 70's game Mastermind, my dad loved the tv show so he bought it for me in 1976 and I had to play it with him and he always won, I hated that game, he only bought it for me so he could play it, from maxine.
My brother and sister had mastermind but never knew how to play it until they taught me how then realised how boring it was lol. Always remember loosing bits from it and stepping on the pegs around the house weeks later.

Yeah I remember it....the box had a picture of a pompous bearded oaf with a philipino bride by his side! How did the game go....black peg meant right colour wrong hole.....white peg meant right colour right hole.......

Here's a blast from the past for your viewing delight!
Their light of pocket torch, of signal flare,
Licks at the edge of unsuspected places,
While others scan, under an arc-lamp's glare,
Nursery, kitchen sink, or their own faces.

Hated it. It had absolutely nothing to do with the BBC TV Quiz show Mastermind as many mistakenly think....it did cash in on the shows popularity via the same name being used and the Bond Like villain on the box. I don't see why Invicta Plastics redid the shoot - they've never used the recent pics of the two people older on a new release of that game have they?
...........the white peg meant ...it was the right colour but in the wrong hole and the black peg meant......right colour in right hole ......but you still had to suss out which pegs were where on the board.
