The Scottish tv soap that began in early 1980, I've been watching them from the first episode. I'd read it described as Emmerdale further north but to me it seems like Crossroads a bit more... the biggest nit I could pick is how so many people in the Highlands look like they've just been at a hairdressers including the men! It seems to be of it's time in that, no particularly wobbly sets however.
Anyone reading follow this show? The accents aren't at all thick to me, not like in say Gregory's Girl, I haven't had any worries understanding them.
