During the mid 1960's Iam sure whilst on holiday in Cornwall that I bought a bag of Mintesers. does anyone else recall these? I seem to recall they were in a green bag instead of the red ones you get maltesers in. Or is my memory playing tricks<
I keep coming across Sweet/Chocolate and Crisp packets from the past, as they are not defunct I'm not always sure where to post them.So i hope it's ok to do so here:o 1986 http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w309/huggie74/3145617826_d21dab6ce1_o.jpg
I remember chocolate crisps !, they were actually not bad tasting. I also remember when 10p a bag space raiders released "strawberry fizz" flavour crisps ! Needless to say they were vile !
How many Ice Lollies can we find..... Zoom-great lolly Fab Two to begin
Hi, not been on here for ages, but does anyone remember Cadbury Border Creme Eggs? They were the same size as the normal Cadbury Creme Egg but the wrapping was red and green tartan foil (not red and blue foil with chicks on) and instead of having the white and yellow fondant centre they had a...
Does anyone remember the Whizz Ice Lolly made by Walls?:) It was banana on the outside, and toffee in the middle. Absolutely gorgeous, I used to eat one a day throughout the summer holidays. It was round about 1968 - 1969.
This is really annoying me, and typing random keywords in google isnt helping :( This was my favourite ice lolly, and I always still look for it in cabenets today. The Ice lolly was thin (Mini milk size, maybe longer) and started of bright red, and as you ate it it appeared orange, yellow,...
for the last few days i keep getting a song in my head go johnny go.... and that reminds me of a chocolate that i used to love, cant think of the name. im sure the advert had the song in it, best i can do is describe the wrapper... all i know is that it was a white wrapper with the name of the...
I spent ages googling those, I've either got the name wrong or just completely made them up. Came out in the late 90s, they were quite thin and they were like chewy caramel bars with chocolate in or on them, not sure! I remember thinking they looked like those Pepperami sticks, but the wrapper was...
Anyone know if any shops have got it back in stock yet? Birds Eye heralds return of Arctic Roll - ProWholesaler
Does anyone remember Glee or Glees bars?? They were chocolate cake with sort of creamy middle covered in chocolate. They were in a white packet I think and the cake was on a piece of cardboard in the packaging. I think you could also get them in ordinary cake with jam in.
Does anyone else remember the following, which seemed to be common in the 2nd half of the 1980s but had gone by the early 1990s? Solar - soft with lots of chocolate chips Cluster - Many different flavours, the coconut with blue wrapping was my favourite. Jump - the ad slogan went don't do,...
All the crisps had more interesting flavours then: Oxo, Bovril, Chicken Fry, even Baked Bean !. They always tasted better too. In the summer they used to make them with new potatoes and had a flashing on the pack in big letters "MADE FROM NEW POTATOES". Tasted better still. Wonder why they dont...
Does anyone remember this orange powdered drink? It was really tangy and lovely and most probably loaded with E numbers. It came in a tall slim glass with a plastic lid that kind of peeled off, and you could use the glass afterwards. I used to take a little bit in the bottom of a sandwich bag to...

In the 70s the ice cream van (probably Tonibell?) sold a lolly that had a football theme. The (plastic) lolly stick was in the shape of a footballer. I sent away for a promotional football pitch. It was a raised cardboard "stadium" with slots to slide the lolly sticks through, therefore the...
OK Folks, just remembered this - they were available from a fridge and were yellow or red jellys in a small tough glass container with a tin lid with white printing on and black and yellow words! This is a tough one! The containers could be kept and used again - I suppose they resembled glass...
I remember some crisps from the 90s, well thats when i had them, i can't remember the name, 'snaps' is coming into my head though, they were small little crisps, they were rectangle-ish, and hollow/bubble like inside... Does anyone have any idea what i am on about? Sorry about the rubbish...
Does anyone remember small bottles of orange from the UD milkman? I think they were the same size as the little bottles of milk you used to get at school (third of a pint?) There was also a sort of milk shake type thing which I think was called a Mickey
Hi everyone, I only found this board about a week ago, and I must say it is excellent. So many memories have come flooding back. I can't wait to see more. Anyway, I thought I would share some pictures with you all of stuff that I have here. I collect Coke cans and bottles and have been...
Who remembers these? They were little cracker type snacks in the shape of fish and chips and had a thick coating of flavour which I loved! You could also get chicken and chips but I didn't think they were as nice. Can you still get them anywhere?
These were definately one of my favourite childhood crisps, they came in tiny packets with a rabbit on the front and you could see through it's tummy. They were corn snacks like wotsits and came in a variety of flavours, I think you normally got about 10 packets in a long multipack. I found...
Can anyone remember these things I'm going to try and describe? They were similar size to iced gems and came in a similar size small bag. They were little ball shaped biscuits with a chocolately bit in the middle. They also had pictures printed on the top of them, I think they were of...
Good day to all of you. been a fan of this site for a while but actually got round to joining today !! Can i ask if anyone remembers these little biscuit beauties ?? They had thick chocolate on one side with sugar on the back or a shortbread-style biscuit ?? They were about 4 or 5 inches...
