I've never met anyone who remembers Junglies. Cardboard collectible cubes, each side with a picture of part of a jungle animal on it, you collected the boxes to make up the whole pictures. Inside were jelly sweets in the shape of - you've guessed it - jungle animals.

Was Cadbury's Special Branch some sort of club where people could join? Looks like it.

Re: Defunct sweets?
I am intrigued by the Cadbury's Special Branch packaging - was this something which was tied in with the early 1970s police series?
I can understand why the BBC didn't want the association between Top Cat, the cartoon and the cat food.

Cadburys cream eggsOriginally posted by tex View PostHere, here...well said that man! , not just maltesers either, when it comes to chocolate they have ruined just about everything, literally nothing tastes as good as it did, also the texture and the size. Everything has to taste smooooth and creamy and have roundness, bring back chunky, blocky proper chocolate that you had to bite and chew instead of just waiting three seconds while it melts on your tongue in a sickly milky pool ....Blurrrgh!
Milky Ways
Taste differently than they always used to .
