Not bad, but Baroque was better.

    I voted '80s, though I think more specifically, '78-'86.

I voted 1970s - it was such a mixture of music. At the start of the decade, the charts still sounded 1960s-ish, but by the end when we had Gary Numan and people like him, it almost felt as if the 1980s had already started.

I guess i would/and would have to sayt the 1980s as I grew up then ... though the 70s was astromicaly great, like the 1960s was even better

Though as I grew up in the 1980s it gets my vote (and in a strange way) I dunno why but it almost feels like a repeat of the 1960s with many one hit wonders like then too which sure helped enhance the era/decade I thought!

70s for music, but 70s fashion and hair was awful!

I vote for 80's. It's when I first got into music - buying singles etc.
I like 70's and 90's music too though.

I don't think I can say anything but the 1980s - though the first 5 years f the 1990s were quite an excellent time with bands like James entering the scene. Though I have to go for the 1980s - though I was young in the 1980s and can not totally recall everything - it is just things you know you will always remember like Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go being one of the very first songs I knew as a kid. Then I recalled others and so on and thought "great - I recall this song by this group/singer being excellent at the time" - but in a way I like the 1960s too very much. Though I guess it was and still is the 1980s I thought was best - but in another way I've thought for a bitt the 1980s were so like the 1960s (not as I was born then) but it just felt like as well as recalling certain songs that lots of 1980s Singers/Groups also had great songs that were excellent as well ones that weren't as big hits - like in the 1960s.

I voted 70's, but I reckon the decade 67 to 77 was probably the best. Psychedelia, Stones and Beatles in their heyday, the birth of prog rock and heavy metal etc.
