  • It's just occurred to me that Luxembourg's entry this year could be an indirect homage to Sandie Shaw's 1967 hit - I know that Luxembourg had a song in the contest with a similar French-language title during the years when they were taking part and winning it - late 1960s and early 1970s-ish.
I've everything I need to keep me satisfied
There's nothing you can do to make me change my mind
    I'm having so much fun
    My lucky number's one
    Ah! Oh! Ah! Oh!

    • From what I have seen on YouTube, Austria seems to be tipped to win the contest this year - Luxembourg, Ireland and Austria are all in the second semi-final, and so if Luxembourg or Ireland doesn't get through, then I might go with Austria as well.

Well I have not read such info but I don't put much by the Euros these days as most songs sound similar too, so they chance of a Winner is removed that way I feel

As well too if you think about it, it's always an outsider like putting Barnet or Eastleigh from the National League in the Premier and them somehow winning it!
