    tred to do some research on these but found nothing.
    think ill check rowntrees and im sure ill find out something.

    did theyc ome in a pack of six like for example penguins.

    I remember bars of 'Laurel' toffee that was made in Crook Co. Durham (near where i'm from). It was really bright and the bars looked like stained glass. Really nice.

    mintessa Dark Chocolate filled with mint cream with crunchy bits for that extra kick.
    Nutty Rowntree's log like creation made famous by Kenny Everett ...

    cant say i remember it.
    but it looks very like a seventies version of mintola.

    Got to be honest there's no date on these, but with a price tag of 12p.. I think that puts a bit of age to it.
