I remember bars of 'Laurel' toffee that was made in Crook Co. Durham (near where i'm from). It was really bright and the bars looked like stained glass. Really nice.

    Mintessa

Got to be honest there's no date on these, but with a price tag of 12p.. I think that puts a bit of age to it.

Also mentioned on this thread a few times
    Montego

Has anybody mentioned those laser Lances or the tools but in the shape of aliens yet?
The Alien shapes weren't around for very long unfortunately and despiter vague memories, I remember them being green.

Changing the packaging effects the flavour. I used to be a printer for food packaging and you wouldn't believe how much effort the designers put into packaging food so it tastes as it should when it gets to you. Putting Sherbet Fountains in a plastic tube is like putting fish and chips in a polystyrene tray, it just alters the taste from what it should be.

Sly - I picked up a 3pk of Sherbet Fountains in Semi-Chem a while back and they were in the old style paper packaging. I must see if they've still got them as they're obviously selling off the last of this stock.
