We've got Ribands that are sort of like a single Kit-Kat stick.

We get all sorts of biscuits from Europe in Canada (and even the U.S.), I like the custard cremes even though I don't like real custard much. I can get all the variety of ginger nut and malted milk I could ask for but I never see jammie-dodgers, maybe someone gets to them before me and eats them all? Anyone want to mail a care package to the colonies?

What I would love to see are the real, moist and fresh, crumpets! They were luvverly toasted with butter and jam!

They were made by Rowntree and then Nestle, just like Kit Kat and Breakaway was, but they never seemed to get as much advertising or space on supermarket shelves as those two other products.

And no, I do not know what a Riband is - could it be something American? I know that the spelling system on my computer doesn't put a red line underneath it, and so therefore it is recognised as a word. I used to think it was called "Blue Ribbon" for obvious reasons and would probably spell it like that as well.

Might of been a regional thing in the 60s/70s but we used to buy a huge biscuit called a chocolate dundee, they were sold loose in bakery shops....delish!

I am almost certain that Jacob's Club is still available (I am sure that Tesco still sells them) but they haven't had an advertising campaign for years - I know that there was Golf Club; Playing Card Club; Orange, Mint etc on the wrappers. I haven't seen them for a while.

If it was regional, it must have been in Scotland if it had Dundee in its name.

Just found out that McVitie's now make Club - doesn't feel the same that Jacobs doesn't do them anymore. Can you imagine McVitie's Cream Crackers?

Jacobs is now owned by Mcvities which is owned by United biscuits....it's complicated

I loved Lincoln biscuits dunked in Lincolns; the best second only to the Royal Scot

We used to have placemats that had that pattern on them.
